I use soy milk only, and I have never had any problems with froth. I must say that this frother is only one which works with soy milk.
My frother works nice with both dairy and non-dairy milk, particularly I sometimes change the type of milk randomly: almond, soy, rice or coconut milk. And each of them are frothed, and the foam becomes quite thick.
In fact, as manufacturer says, it works nicely with cow’s milk and soy. The other types of milk can provide various effect, it is caused by the quantity of protein in the milk. The more protein there is, the more froth you’ll get.
Is the spring magnetic, I haven’t found any info about it?

I love the new model of Aeroccino. The main difference between this model and Aeroccino 3 is that Aeroccino 4 is dishwasher safe. This is a huge advantage and makes this product more attractive in addition to its features.
I want to add, that this product also has ceramic surface in the jug, it’s easier to take after it since the non-stick cover intend to delaminate.
I checked many places where to buy this product: eBay, Amazon, Best Buy, even Bed Bath and Beyond and all of them have quite high price range. However, this price, I would say, is justified due to its quality comparing the cheaper options of milk frothers.
This product is pretty nice, and I love it. However, I can’t wash a spring in a dishwasher, thus I have to detach it from the bottom. And here’s where the problem appears. My hand is not so small to fit into the jug, thus it becomes a challenge to me. I have to ask my wife to do it instead of me, but usually when I do this – she still sleeps. Moreover, I can’t leave it like this, otherwise the spring and milk residue will dry off and will stick, what can’t be easy to wash. So if you decide to have this item, think carefully whether your hand is of proper size or not.
We bought this device a month ago, and for 2 weeks it worked properly. However, now we have an issue with frothing milk. It doesn’t produce as much foam as it was at the beginning of usage. I’m really disappointed because it was the perfect milk frother that I have ever had.

Hello bought this frother few days ago but unfortunately I cannot get any kind of froth except regular hot milk , I tried all kind of likes and different options , also Refer to some recommendation I removed spring but no difference just some bubbles. I’m really fed up with this device which cost 75Euro for me.
